I went to FHE tonight (not a regular occurrence, unfortunately) and the lesson was on journal writing. The most poignant message for me was this: we can’t wait to write in our journals until we “have something to say.” It is the act of writing that gives us something to say. It forces us to reflect, to gather our thoughts and formulate them into meaning.

So, I am resolving here and now to keep a more regular journal! Record my dreams, fears, accomplishments and goals.
